3. What are the conditions in France in 1775? In 1775 France was joining the war with America against the British. The conditions in France were not good, they were in financial turmoil. 

4. What are the resemblances between England and France in 1775? The resemblances between England and France are that both have a ruling class. And both are having problems with people who are not happy with there government and are ripe for a revolution.

5. Who were the rulers of England and France in 1775? Ruler of England.  Ruler of France.

6. What comment does Dickens make about his own time, the time of the writing? Dickens comments that his era is not at a high point and that it is not great.
